The MILWAUKEE 49-57-1064 is a quick change tang drive annular cutter designed for use with electromagnetic and magnetic drill presses. It cuts a 1-1/16 inch diameter hole up to 1 inch deep in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum. Carbide teeth with an alternating cutting pattern produce a ream-like finish without pre-punching or pilot holes. The quick change tang drive system allows fast cutter swaps, reducing downtime on the job. Licensed electricians, ironworkers, pipefitters, and general contractors rely on annular cutters like this one for clean, fast hole production in structural and sheet metal applications.
The 49-57-1064 is suited for drilling through steel plate, structural steel, and ferrous or non-ferrous metal in both field and shop environments. It is compatible with most electromagnetic drill presses when used with an appropriate arbor. For use on Milwaukee 4292-1 or 4297-1 magnetic drill presses, pair with arbor 49-57-0012 or 49-57-0013. For the Milwaukee 4262-1 mag press, use arbor 49-57-0032. It is also noted for use on a 4252 Steel Hawg.
Compatible with most electromagnetic drill presses using a tang drive arbor. Verified compatible with Milwaukee 4292-1 and 4297-1 magnetic drill presses using arbors 49-57-0012 or 49-57-0013, and with Milwaukee 4262-1 using arbor 49-57-0032. Also listed for use on the Milwaukee 4252 Steel Hawg.
Annular cutters are installed and serviced by licensed tradespeople including electricians, pipefitters, and ironworkers. Always power down and de-energize the magnetic drill press before changing cutters. Secure the workpiece properly before engaging the mag base to prevent movement during cutting. Follow the drill press manufacturer guidelines for arbor selection and cutter seating to ensure safe operation.
