The MILWAUKEE ELECTRIC TOOL CORP 48-73-1101 is a white, full brim hard hat built for job site use across construction, electrical, and industrial trades. Rated Type 1, Class E, it meets ANSI and CSA safety standards for top and electrical impact protection. The shell integrates a 4-point ratcheting suspension for fast, tool-free fit adjustment. A built-in BOLT Headlamp Mount accepts most headlamps for hands-free lighting. Four BOLT accessory slots and two universal accessory slots allow integration of additional PPE and accessories directly onto the hat. A BOLT Marker Clip keeps pens and markers within reach. A moisture-wicking sweatband is included for extended wear comfort.
This hard hat is suited for residential and commercial construction, electrical work, plumbing, and general industrial applications where head protection meeting ANSI and CSA standards is required. The full brim design provides 360-degree sun and debris protection. The accessory slot system makes it a practical choice for tradespeople who need to mount lighting, face shields, or hearing protection alongside their head protection without carrying separate hardware.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-use hard hat compatible with Milwaukee BOLT accessories and most standard universal hard hat accessories meeting Type 1, Class E applications.
Hard hats should be fitted by a qualified safety officer or the end user following the manufacturer suspension adjustment instructions before first use. Inspect the shell and suspension for cracks, dents, or fraying before each use and retire the hat if damage is found. Do not store hard hats in direct sunlight or high-heat environments, as UV exposure and heat can degrade the shell over time. Replacement of the suspension is recommended per the manufacturer service interval or following any impact event.
