The Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp 48-32-4414 is a 2-pack of Shockwave Insert Bits designed for Torx T20 fastener driving. These bits are built for high-torque power tool use, featuring a geometric internal design that absorbs shock and reduces stress on the bit tip during impact driving. A proprietary steel heat treat process is applied to increase overall strength and extend service life under repetitive load. Forged tips provide a tighter fit in fastener recesses, reducing cam-out and improving torque transfer. Electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general contractors will find these bits suited for production-speed fastening with impact drivers and drill-drivers.
These insert bits are intended for use with standard 1/4-inch hex shank power tools, including impact drivers and drill-drivers used in residential and commercial construction, mechanical work, and service applications. The Torx T20 drive is common in electrical panel components, HVAC equipment housings, appliance assemblies, and light structural fastening. The 2-pack format supports tool bag stocking and minimizes downtime from bit wear on active job sites.
Designed as an OEM-style insert bit for use with any power tool or hand driver accepting a standard 1/4-inch hex shank insert bit.
Insert bits are installed and removed by hand in any 1/4-inch hex quick-change chuck — no tools required. Inspect bits for tip wear or rounding before each use; worn tips increase cam-out risk and can damage fastener heads. When driving Torx fasteners in torque-sensitive assemblies, use a torque-limiting driver or clutch-equipped drill-driver set to the appropriate range. Bits are not rated for use as chisels or pry tools.
