The Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp 48-20-3902 is an SDS-Max 2-cutter rotary hammer bit designed for heavy-duty concrete and masonry drilling. With a cutting diameter of 0.5 inches and an overall length of 13 inches, including a 7.5-inch flute length, this bit delivers aggressive material removal in demanding applications. The SDS-Max shank provides a secure, tool-free connection to SDS-Max rotary hammers. It is typically installed by concrete contractors, commercial electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians drilling through concrete slabs, block walls, and other structural masonry.
This bit is suited for commercial and residential construction and renovation work where SDS-Max rotary hammers are the standard tool. Common applications include drilling anchor holes, conduit penetrations, pipe sleeve openings, and structural penetrations through poured concrete or masonry block. The 2-cutter carbide tip geometry supports fast penetration rates and extended service life in hard aggregate concrete. Units are packaged individually (sold per each).
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard accessory for SDS-Max rotary hammers accepting the SDS-Max shank interface.
SDS-Max rotary hammer bits are installed and serviced by qualified tradespeople including electricians, plumbers, and concrete contractors. Always disconnect power to the rotary hammer before inserting or removing the bit. Wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and hearing protection during operation. Follow applicable OSHA and jobsite safety requirements when drilling into structural concrete or masonry.
