The MILWAUKEE 2911-20 is a cordless M18 FUEL concrete pencil vibrator designed for concrete consolidation on the jobsite. Powered by the POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, it delivers 12,500 vibrations per minute (VPM) and 1.8 peak HP, making it capable of consolidating up to 20 cubic yards of concrete per charge when paired with the M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 battery pack (sold separately). The battery-operated design eliminates extension cords and the hazards that come with them. Licensed contractors and concrete crews use this tool for slab, footing, and wall pours where consistent vibration depth and portability are critical.
The 2911-20 is suited for residential and commercial concrete placement work where a corded vibrator is impractical or creates a safety risk. Its 8 ft flexible shaft reaches deep into forms without repositioning equipment. The square head design increases amplitude compared to round-head alternatives, improving consolidation efficiency. REDLINK PLUS onboard intelligence monitors motor and battery conditions to protect against overload and overheating. This tool is sold as the bare tool only — no battery or charger is included.
Compatible with all M18 REDLITHIUM battery packs. Part of the Milwaukee M18 cordless system, which includes 200 or more cordless tool solutions.
This vibrator is operated by concrete contractors and laborers on active pour sites — no fixed installation is required. Before inserting or withdrawing the vibrator head, confirm the motor is at the appropriate speed setting to prevent shaft damage. Keep the shaft clear of rebar tie wire and form hardware during operation. Follow the concrete mix manufacturer and project engineer guidelines for vibrator insertion spacing and withdrawal rate.
