The MILWAUKEE 2910-21 is a cordless M18 FUEL concrete pencil vibrator kit designed for concrete consolidation on active job sites. It delivers 1.8 peak HP through a POWERSTATE brushless motor, producing a consistent 12,500 vibrations per minute (VPM) for efficient air pocket removal. The unit runs on an 18-volt M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 battery pack, which is included in the kit. A variable speed trigger allows the operator to adjust consolidation output to match pour conditions. The kit requires no extension cords, reducing setup time and eliminating trip hazards in active pours. It is installed and operated by concrete contractors and general tradespeople handling structural and flatwork pours.
This vibrator kit is suited for residential and commercial concrete work where cordless mobility is required. The 4-foot shaft length makes it practical for wall forms, footings, columns, and slabs. The kit consolidates up to 20 cubic yards per charge when paired with the included HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 battery pack. The square head design provides greater amplitude compared to round head vibrators, improving consolidation productivity per pass. It operates as part of the M18 cordless system, which is compatible with over 200 tools sharing the same battery platform.
Compatible with all M18 REDLITHIUM battery packs. Part of the M18 cordless system, which includes over 200 compatible tools and solutions.
This unit is operated by concrete contractors and general construction tradespeople — no licensed electrical or mechanical trade is required for operation. Before inserting or withdrawing the vibrator head, ensure the trigger is released and the unit is at a full stop to prevent shaft damage or concrete surface defects. Follow ACI 309 guidelines for vibrator insertion spacing and depth when consolidating structural concrete. Inspect the shaft and head for wear or damage before each use.
