The MILWAUKEE 2122-22hd is a battery-powered LED work light kit built for power utility linemen performing overhead work from aerial bucket trucks. The dual light head design delivers both spot and flood modes from a single unit, giving linemen directional control over illumination in tight, elevated work environments. A patented spring-loaded clamp attaches to bucket lips of all sizes and allows fast repositioning without tools. High-quality LEDs are rated for the life of the light and require no replacement. The kit runs on the M18 platform and includes batteries, making it ready to deploy out of the box.
This light is purpose-built for utility line work, where exposure to extreme weather, high-voltage environments, and demanding physical conditions is routine. The spring-loaded clamp design is suited for bucket truck operations where the tech needs a hands-free, repositionable light source at elevation. When paired with the included M18 REDLITHIUM XC8.0 battery packs, runtime reaches up to 4 hours in flood or combined spot/flood mode and up to 6 hours in spot mode alone. The kit includes one M18 Utility Bucket Light, one M18 M12 Rapid Charger, and two M18 REDLITHIUM XC8.0 Battery Packs.
Compatible with the M18 battery platform. Designed for use with M18 REDLITHIUM XC8.0 Battery Packs as included. The spring-loaded clamp is designed to fit all standard bucket truck lip sizes.
This light is intended for installation and use by qualified power utility linemen operating from aerial bucket trucks. Secure the spring-loaded clamp firmly to the bucket lip before energizing the light. Follow all applicable OSHA and utility safety standards when working in or near energized overhead environments. Power down the light and remove batteries before performing any service or cleaning on the unit.
