The MILLER T4007/UAK is a full body fall protection harness rated for a 400-pound load capacity, built for construction-style applications where dependable fall arrest is required on the job site. Constructed from durable polyester webbing, this harness features a universal fit design that accommodates a wide range of workers without the need for multiple size SKUs. It includes a back D-ring and side D-rings, providing multiple anchor-point options for lanyards and self-retracting lifelines. Mating buckles on the leg, shoulder, and chest straps allow for quick, secure donning and adjustment. This harness is intended for use by trained fall protection professionals and safety-qualified workers in the construction trades.
The T4007/UAK is suited for residential and commercial construction environments where OSHA fall protection regulations apply at heights of 6 feet or greater. The construction harness style is optimized for work on scaffolding, steel erection, roofing, and general building construction where full body fall arrest systems are mandated. The universal sizing makes it a practical stock item for contractors and safety managers outfitting crews of varying body types. Side D-rings extend its usefulness to work positioning and restricted access applications in addition to standard fall arrest.
Designed as an OEM-style full body fall arrest harness compatible with standard snap hooks, carabiners, and self-retracting lifelines that meet ANSI Z359 and OSHA 1926 Subpart M connector requirements.
Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use by a competent person as defined by OSHA standards. Power down or de-energize adjacent electrical hazards before donning the harness in electrical work zones. All connections to anchor points must be made using compatible, rated connectors — never tie webbing directly to an anchor. After any fall event, the harness must be removed from service and inspected or replaced per the manufacturer and ANSI Z359 guidelines.
