Installation Notes

Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use and fitted by a competent person per OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and ANSI Z359 requirements. Do not connect the harness D-ring to an anchorage or connector not rated for fall arrest loads. Retire the harness from service immediately following any fall event or if the harness shows signs of damage, wear, or exposure to heat.
