Installation Notes

Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use by a competent person as defined under OSHA 1926.502 and ANSI Z359.11. Retire the harness from service immediately after any fall arrest event or if webbing shows cuts, abrasions, chemical damage, or deformation of hardware. All connecting hardware, lanyards, and anchor points must be compatible with the harness D-ring gate strength ratings.
