The MILLER RDT-QC-BDP/UBK is a full body fall protection harness rated for a 400-pound load capacity. It is designed for workers operating at height across construction, industrial, and utility applications. The harness features both back and side D-rings for versatile attachment point options, quick-connect leg and chest strap buckles for fast donning and doffing, and friction-style shoulder strap adjusters for a secure, customizable fit. The ErgoArmor back shield provides additional lumbar support and protection during extended wear. A PivotLink connection point reduces harness rotation and keeps the worker positioned correctly during a fall event. Licensed HVAC techs, electricians, and contractors who work at elevation should confirm local fall protection requirements before selecting attachment hardware.
The RDT-QC-BDP/UBK fits a universal size range and is suited for residential and commercial jobsites where OSHA fall protection standards apply at heights of six feet or more in construction or four feet in general industry. The integrated accessory system allows tool pouches and additional equipment to be attached directly to the harness, reducing the need for separate tool belts at height. The self-contained label pack keeps inspection and certification records with the harness at all times, which is a common requirement during safety audits.
Designed as an OEM-style full body harness compatible with standard fall arrest lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and anchor connectors meeting ANSI Z359 and OSHA 1926.502 attachment requirements.
Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use by a competent person as defined under OSHA 1926.502 and ANSI Z359.11. Retire the harness from service immediately after any fall arrest event or if webbing shows cuts, abrasions, chemical damage, or deformation of hardware. All connecting hardware, lanyards, and anchor points must be compatible with the harness D-ring gate strength ratings. Harness fitting and anchor point selection should follow the manufacturer documentation and applicable fall protection plan.
