The MILLER H7IC2A3 is a full-body personal fall protection harness designed for workers operating at elevation on construction, industrial, and maintenance job sites. Built on the Miller H700 Series platform, this harness carries a 420-pound load capacity and a 5,000-pound tensile strength rating, meeting ANSI Z359.11, OSHA, and CSA Z259.10 standards. The lightweight polyester construction reduces fatigue during extended wear. A One-Pull Trauma Relief Step is integrated for suspension trauma relief following an arrest event, a critical feature for rescue operations. Licensed HVAC, electrical, and general trades working at height will find this harness code-compliant and job-site ready.
The H7IC2A3 is sized for 2X-Large and 3X-Large wearers and is suited for residential and commercial job sites where elevated work is required. D-ring attachment points are located at the back and front, supporting both standard lanyard tie-off and positioning configurations. The configurable leg strap design allows fit adjustment across body types within the listed size range. Modular lightweight accessory straps provide flexibility for adding pouches or other compatible fall protection accessories without adding significant bulk.
Designed as an OEM-style full-body harness within the Miller H700 Series, compatible with standard snap-hook and carabiner lanyards and self-retracting lifelines rated for the 420-pound capacity range per ANSI Z359.11.
Donning and inspection of this harness must be performed by a qualified person trained in fall protection per OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and ANSI Z359 requirements. Before each use, inspect all webbing, buckles, D-rings, and stitching for wear, cuts, or chemical damage. After a fall arrest event, the harness must be removed from service and inspected or replaced per ANSI Z359.11 guidelines. Harness fit adjustment should be completed at ground level before ascending to the work area.
