The MILLER H5ISP311022 is a full body personal fall protection harness designed for general industry applications. Built on the H500 series platform, it features a universal fit with polyester webbing construction rated to 420 pounds load capacity. The harness uses a single dorsal D-ring positioned at the back for lanyard or self-retracting lifeline attachment. Spring torso adjusters at the shoulder straps and a mating chest strap buckle allow quick, secure fitting. Tongue-style leg strap buckles provide a positive, adjustable connection at the lower body. Licensed HVAC techs, ironworkers, construction crews, and general industry workers rely on this harness where OSHA fall protection requirements apply at six feet or more above a lower level.
The H5ISP311022 suits residential and commercial jobsites across general industry environments where workers are exposed to fall hazards. The universal sizing accommodates a wide range of body types without requiring separate size SKUs. Detachable soft shoulder pads and the anti-tangle design make frequent donning and doffing practical on busy job sites. Lanyard keepers allow users to stow the lanyard against the harness body when not actively working at height, keeping the connection point accessible and out of the way.
Designed as an OEM-style full body harness for general industry fall protection systems compatible with standard lanyard and self-retracting lifeline connectors using a back D-ring attachment point.
Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use and retired immediately after any fall event — the fall impact indicators on this harness assist with that determination. Fitting and donning must be performed in accordance with OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10 requirements. A competent person should verify the anchorage point rating and total fall clearance before connecting the lanyard or lifeline. Never alter, repair, or field-modify harness webbing or hardware.
