The MILLER BY PIP h7cc2a4 is a vest-style full body fall protection harness built for workers operating at height in construction, industrial, and utility environments. Part of the Miller H700 series, this harness features tongue buckle leg connections, a quick-connect chest buckle, and aluminum back and side D-rings for versatile tie-off positioning. Two one-pull trauma relief steps are integrated into the design to reduce suspension trauma risk during a post-fall hang, and a dedicated integrated SRL connector is included for use with self-retracting lifelines. Licensed electricians, ironworkers, and general contractors are the primary installers and users.
This harness is sized for 3X-4XL wearers and is suited for residential and commercial construction, telecommunications tower work, industrial maintenance, and any application requiring compliant fall arrest equipment. The vest-style fit distributes load across the torso and shoulders, making it appropriate for extended wear during overhead and elevated work tasks. Qualified safety professionals or supervisors should verify fit and inspect the harness before each use per applicable OSHA and ANSI Z359 guidelines.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-use full body harness for fall protection systems requiring ANSI-compliant vest-style harnesses in size 3X-4XL.
Fall protection harnesses must be donned and inspected by a competent person prior to each use in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and ANSI Z359 standards. Power down or de-energize nearby electrical hazards before working at height. Do not modify buckles, D-rings, or webbing, and retire the harness immediately following any fall arrest event. This harness should be fitted by a qualified individual to confirm all straps are snug with no excess slack and all buckles are fully engaged.
