The MILL-ROSE 61332 is a hard head copper fitting cleaning brush designed for plumbers and pipefitters who need a reliable tool for cleaning the interior of fittings before soldering or joining. Built on the same construction as the 6100 series brush, it adds a protective galvanized end plate that shields valve seats and seals during use. The single stem, single spiral design targets a 3/4 inch inner diameter fitting bore. The end plate also serves as a physical stop that prevents the brush from being forced into undersized fittings, reducing tool damage and misuse on the job.
This brush is suited for residential and commercial plumbing applications where copper fittings require cleaning prior to solder connections or mechanical joins. It is a standard reach tool for service plumbers, new construction crews, and HVAC technicians working on refrigerant or hydronic piping that uses copper fittings of 3/4 inch inner diameter. Packaged in quantities of 12 per pack, it is practical for stocking a service van or a plumbing shop where brushes are consumed regularly across multiple jobs.
Designed for use with copper fittings and plumbing fittings with a 3/4 inch inner diameter. Functions as a hard head cleaning brush for standard fitting bore prep applications.
This tool is used by licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians during pipe and fitting preparation, not as a permanently installed component. Before cleaning any fitting connected to an active system, shut off the water supply or isolate the piping section per standard trade practice. Insert the brush into the fitting bore and rotate to remove oxidation and debris before applying flux and soldering. Do not force the brush into fittings smaller than the rated 3/4 inch inner diameter; the galvanized end plate is designed to prevent this, but applying excessive force can still damage the brush or fitting.
