The MIFAB MPFR1616 Insulated Fire Rated Access Door is designed for both walls and ceilings. This access door is made with 16 gauge satin coat steel and includes a concealed hinge for improved safety and aesthetics. It features a unique thumb turn latch for easy operation.

  • Fire rated for 1.5 hours for walls and approved for 2 hours in ceilings.
  • Constructed with Roxul Rockboard 80 insulation for superior thermal performance.
  • Standard flush-mounted latch allowing operation from either side.
