The MIFAB MPFR1212 is an insulated fire rated access door designed for walls and ceilings. It is tested and certified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. for a fire rating of one and a half hours. This access door features a concealed hinge design with a unique thumb turn latch, allowing easy access from either side. The frame is constructed of four-piece welded steel for durability and is equipped with masonry mounting straps for secure installation.
