The Midland Metal 18234 is a brass 90-degree compression-to-MIP elbow fitting sized 3/8 x 3/8, supplied as a pack of 10. It converts a 3/8 inch compression (tube) connection to a 3/8 inch male iron pipe (MIP/MNPTF) threaded connection for plumbing and fluid conveyance. The fitting is forged brass, compatible with copper, aluminum and thermoplastic tubing, with a 9/16-24 x 3/8-18 thread and a 200 psi rating at -65 to 250 °F.
