The MICRO 100 QIT-360750X is a solid carbide, internal single point threading tool designed for cutting threads on CNC lathes and turning centers. It handles a minimum threading diameter of 0.36 inches with a cutting depth of 0.75 inches, and covers a thread range of 11 to 28 TPI at a 60-degree profile angle. The 3/8-inch shank and 2-inch overall length make it a compact, rigid tool suited for small-bore internal threading operations. The AlTiN coating provides heat resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hard alloy workpieces. Machinists and CNC operators install this tool in standard boring bar-style holders.

This tool is used in precision internal threading applications on CNC lathes, turning centers, and live-tool mills. It is appropriate for both production and job-shop environments where consistent thread form and tight tolerances are required.
