The MICRO 100 CRE-500-187X is a double-ended, solid carbide corner rounding end mill designed to produce consistent radius profiles on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. It carries a 3/16 inch radius and a 1/2 inch mill diameter across three right-hand flutes, delivering smooth, burr-free corner geometry in a single pass. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in high-speed and dry-cutting applications. With a 3 inch overall length and a 1/2 inch shank diameter, the tool mounts securely in standard end mill holders and collet chucks.
