The METABO 629406000 is a Type 29 flap disc designed for aggressive material removal on steel and stainless steel. It measures 4.5 inches in diameter with a 7/8 inch arbor hole and carries a 60-grit zirconia alumina abrasive bonded to a fiberglass backing plate. The conical Type 29 geometry presents the abrasive at an angle, concentrating cutting pressure and making it well suited for blending welds, removing scale, and deburring on flat and contoured surfaces. Rated at 13,300 RPM, it is built for use on standard 4.5 inch angle grinders.
