The MESTEK xf125a1ns1110 is a power-vented commercial unit heater designed for natural gas applications. Rated at 125,000 BTU/h with 83% AFUE efficiency, it delivers dependable forced-air heat for industrial and commercial spaces. The unit runs on 115 volts and uses a direct spark ignition system for reliable, single-stage heat control. The heat exchanger is constructed of aluminum. A 1/4 HP open drip-proof (ODP) motor drives the fan. The power-vented design supports both standard vent and separated combustion configurations, giving installers flexibility in venting layout. This unit is built for commercial environments where consistent, high-output heat is required.
The xf125a1ns1110 is suited for commercial and light-industrial spaces such as warehouses, garages, manufacturing facilities, and large open work areas. It is installed as a suspended or ceiling-mounted unit heater and connects to a natural gas supply. The single-stage firing and direct spark ignition simplify controls integration. The power-vented configuration allows placement in areas where combustion air supply or venting geometry would be difficult for a standard atmospheric unit. Installations requiring separated combustion can draw outside air directly, improving efficiency and indoor air quality in tight or semi-enclosed spaces.
Designed as an OEM-specification commercial unit heater for power-vented natural gas heating applications in commercial and industrial installations.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC or gas-fitting technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and the applicable provisions of the IFGC. Shut off the gas supply and disconnect electrical power before servicing or making connections. The venting system must be sized and configured per the manufacturer instructions and local code requirements, whether using standard vent or separated combustion intake. Do not substitute venting materials not rated for the operating temperature and pressure of a power-vented appliance.
