The MERSEN HSJ100 is a high-speed Class J fuse that combines the low I2t of a semiconductor fuse with the branch-circuit performance of a Class J UL Listed fuse. It provides branch circuit protection per NEC requirements and very low I2t for protecting power semiconductors like Diodes, SCRs, GTOs, and SSRs.
