The MERSEN A13X60-1 is a 60-amp semiconductor fuse designed to provide fast-acting overcurrent protection for sensitive power electronics and solid-state components. Semiconductor fuses are engineered with extremely low let-through energy (I2t) characteristics, allowing them to clear faults before damage occurs to SCRs, IGBTs, diodes, and similar devices.
