The MERIT BRASS 8032-450 is a Schedule 40 aluminum pipe nipple intended for use in fluid and gas distribution systems where corrosion resistance and light weight are required. Machined from 6061 aluminum alloy, this nipple measures 2 inches in nominal pipe size with a 4.5-inch length and carries threads on both ends for straight, inline connections. It meets OSHA standards and is appropriate for installations handled by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians working in commercial and light industrial environments.

This nipple suits applications where steel corrosion is a concern and aluminum alloy construction is acceptable, including irrigation manifolds, pneumatic distribution lines, chemical handling systems, and other fluid-transfer setups requiring NPT-threaded fittings.
