The MERIT BRASS 435B-48 is a blind pipe flange designed to seal and terminate a 3-inch pipe end in pressurized piping systems. Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, this flange provides corrosion resistance suitable for water, chemical, and industrial fluid applications. The outside diameter measures 7.5 inches, with bolt holes centered 6 inches apart across a 4-hole bolt circle pattern. Each bolt hole measures 0.75 inches in diameter. Rated at 150 psi, the 435B-48 is a standard Class 150 flat-face or raised-face blind flange used by pipefitters and plumbers to blank off open pipe ends during system testing, maintenance, or permanent closure.

Installation Notes
