The MERIT BRASS 3614D-2002 is a hex pipe bushing machined from 316/316L dual-certified stainless steel, designed to reduce a 1-1/4 inch female NPT port down to a 1/8 inch male NPT connection. Rated to 3,000 psi, this bushing handles demanding pressure service in fluid and gas piping systems. The external male threads engage a larger female-threaded fitting or valve, while the internal female threads accept a smaller-diameter pipe or fitting. At 13/16 inch in length and 0.31 pounds, it is a compact, direct-installation component used by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians.

This bushing is suited for residential and commercial piping applications where a thread-size reduction is required at a valve, manifold, or equipment port.
