Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter. Shut off and depressurize the line completely before removing or installing any threaded fitting. Tighten to hand-tight plus wrench turns per applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines for threaded fittings — do not over-torque stainless steel threads, as galling can occur.
