The MERIT BRASS 3414D-3206 is a stainless steel pipe bushing designed to reduce a 2-inch male NPT connection down to a 3/8-inch female NPT connection in threaded piping systems. Constructed from 304/304L stainless steel, it delivers a pressure rating of 3,000 psi, making it suitable for demanding fluid and gas distribution applications. The MNPT x FNPT end configuration allows direct threaded installation into existing pipe runs without additional adapters. Plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors install this fitting where a size reduction is needed within a threaded system.
