The MERIT BRASS 2120-300 is a Schedule 40 seamless red brass nipple fitting designed for use in plumbing, water distribution, oil, gas, and steam systems. Manufactured to ASTM B687-88/B456 material specifications, this 1-1/4 inch nominal size nipple measures 3 inches in overall length and features male threaded connections on both ends. Red brass offers strong resistance to corrosion from water, heat, salt water, acids, minerals, and peaty soils. The relative softness of the metal promotes a tight, reliable seal and makes the fitting easier to thread and install in tight spaces.

This nipple is suited for commercial, OEM, and plumbing applications where a durable, corrosion-resistant threaded connection is required. Installation Notes
