It uses aluminum oxide grain at 50 grit (coarse grade) bonded to a Y-weight 2-ply polyester backing, delivering rigid support and a fast cut rate on moderately demanding grinding and blending tasks. The Power-Lock Type 1 (Type P) attachment system allows fast disc swaps without tools. A special grain coating extends disc life compared to standard uncoated abrasives.
