The MERIT ABRASIVES 69957399771 is a Power-Lock Type 1 quick-change disc designed for surface finishing, deburring, and blending operations on metal and similar substrates. This disc measures 1.5 inches in diameter and cuts with 240-grit aluminum oxide abrasive, placing it in the very fine grade range. It is backed by a rigid polyester cloth (Y-weight) and attaches via a Type P Power-Lock system for fast tool-free disc changes. Rated to 30,000 RPM, it is well-suited for use with compatible quick-change mandrels on die grinders and other high-speed rotary tools.
