The MERIT ABRASIVES 69957399722 is a 3-inch coated quick-change abrasive disc designed for use with Power-Lock Type R attachment systems on handheld disc sanders. Running at a maximum of 20,000 RPM, this disc uses an aluminum oxide abrasive grain bonded to a rigid, X-weight, 2-ply cloth and polyester backing. The 80-grit medium grade makes it well suited for deburring, surface cleaning, and detailing work on stainless steel, aluminum, and other soft and hard metals.
