The MERIT ABRASIVES 69957399677 is a quick-change abrasive disc designed for use with Power-Lock Type R attachment systems. At 3/4 inch in diameter, this coated disc uses aluminum oxide abrasive grain at 150 grit, placing it in the very fine grade range. It is backed by rigid polyester cloth with a Y-weight backing, making it well suited for controlled stock removal and surface finishing on metal and other hard materials. The disc is rated to 40,000 RPM, supporting use with high-speed rotary tools common in metal fabrication, welding prep, and maintenance grinding applications. A black button secures the disc to compatible mandrels.
