The disc measures 3 inches in diameter and uses aluminum oxide abrasive on a rigid X-weight 2-ply polyester backing. At 150 grit, it falls in the very fine to fine grade range, making it well suited for deburring, surface cleaning, and detail finishing on metals. The Type S attaching system allows fast disc swaps without tools, reducing downtime between grits or tasks. This disc is sold individually but requires a minimum order of 50 units.
