The MERIT ABRASIVES 69957399605 is a coated quick-change abrasive disc designed for use with Power-Lock Type 2 (TS/Type II) attachment systems on handheld disc sanders. At 0.75 inches in diameter, it delivers 60-grit aluminum oxide cutting action rated to 40,000 RPM. The disc features a two-ply cotton and polyester cloth backing rated Y-weight for rigidity, making it well suited to deburring, cleaning, and detailing operations on hard and soft metals. Fabricators, metalworkers, and finishing technicians are the primary installers and users of this consumable disc.

This disc is built for surface preparation and finishing work across a broad range of metals.
