At a maximum operating speed of 18,000 RPM, it is suited for high-speed die grinder applications where controlled material removal is required. This deburring wheel is intended for use with die grinders in both light industrial and job-shop settings. It is well suited for deburring drilled holes, weld spatter removal, edge chamfering, and light surface blending on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 3 inch diameter and 1/8 inch face width make it appropriate for getting into tighter contours and part edges where larger wheels cannot reach. The 1/4 inch center hole fits standard die grinder mandrels commonly found in production and maintenance tooling setups.
