The MERIT ABRASIVES 08834166392 is a non-woven aluminum oxide quick-change disc designed for surface finishing, blending, and light deburring on a range of metal and composite substrates. Built with a Power-Lock Type 2 (TS / Type II) attaching system, it mounts and dismounts quickly on compatible die grinders and inline grinders without additional hardware. The disc measures 1.5 inches in diameter, runs at a maximum of 30,000 RPM, and is rated Medium grade. Aluminum oxide grain combined with a resin bond delivers a controlled cut rate and consistent surface finish across passes. The non-woven nylon fiber construction is laminated to a tear-resistant backing, maintaining integrity under sustained tool pressure.

This disc is suited for finishing and blending operations on stainless steel, carbon steel, tool steel, titanium, super alloys, and fiberglass or composite materials.
