Mencom CHO-48L42 is a standard rectangular hood for heavy-duty industrial connectors designed for cable mounting with a side PG42 cable entry. It is a die-cast aluminum, male hood sized 104.62 for 48-position rectangular inserts and includes two pegs for secure mounting. The hood uses a patented stainless steel locking system and provides IP66 ingress protection across a wide operating temperature range.
