The MEGAPRESS 25111 is a carbon steel pipe adapter from the MegaPressG Model 6611 series, designed for use in press-fit gas piping systems. It connects 1-inch pipe using a Press x MNPT configuration and is sealed with an HNBR elastomer rated for temperatures from -40 to 180 degrees F. This fitting is part of the first carbon steel press system engineered specifically for gas distribution, eliminating the need for threading, welding, or cutting oils at the connection point. Licensed plumbers and gas fitters install this fitting during new construction and retrofit work on black iron pipe systems.

The MEGAPRESS 25111 adapter is suited for residential and commercial gas piping applications using Schedule 5 through Schedule 40 black iron pipe. The press connection method significantly reduces installation time compared to traditional threaded or welded joints.
