Mechanix Wear MG-P05-008 Work Gloves Small Black

Product Description

The MECHANIX WEAR MG-P05-008 is a general purpose work glove designed for trade and industrial use where hand protection and dexterity are both required. The glove shell combines TrekDry fabric, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and synthetic leather to deliver breathability, grip reinforcement, and abrasion resistance in a single construction. A hook-and-loop cuff closure provides a secure, adjustable fit. This pair is sized Small for men or Medium for women and is available as a single pair, making it straightforward to stock or replace individually.

These gloves are suited for general-purpose applications across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance trades where a lightweight, flexible glove is preferred over a heavy cut or impact glove. The TrekDry material across the back of the hand promotes airflow during extended wear, reducing heat buildup on the job. The synthetic leather palm and TPE overlays provide grip and protection during equipment handling, tool use, and light material handling without sacrificing finger feel.

Installation Notes

Inspect gloves before each use for tears, worn seams, or compromised palm material. Replace immediately if the palm or TPE overlay shows significant wear that reduces grip or protection. These gloves are general-purpose rated and are not a substitute for arc-flash, cut-resistant, or chemical-resistant PPE where those hazards are present. Consult applicable OSHA PPE requirements and employer safety programs to confirm glove selection is appropriate for the specific task.
