The MECHANIX WEAR MG-03-008 is a full-fingered, general-purpose work glove designed for technicians, maintenance professionals, and equipment operators who need dexterity and hand protection through a full shift. Built from touchscreen-capable synthetic leather on the palm and back, the glove allows direct use of touchscreen devices without removal. The adjustable thermoplastic elastomer (TPR) hook-and-loop wrist closure delivers a secure, form-fitting fit, while the TrekDry material construction promotes airflow to reduce heat buildup during extended wear. Reinforced thumb and index finger zones address the highest-wear areas in tool-handling tasks. The glove meets CE and EN 388 3121X standards and operates across a temperature range of 30 degrees F to 130 degrees F.
The MG-03-008 is suited for multipurpose maintenance and repair work, equipment operation, and light-duty trade tasks where grip and finger sensitivity matter. This is a paired set in size Small (Women's X-Small), making it appropriate for smaller hand profiles across mixed trade crews. The smooth grip surface and full-finger coverage make it a practical choice for HVAC service calls, plumbing rough-in work, electrical panel work outside of arc-flash rated tasks, and general facility maintenance. The blue colorway aids identification in shared tool environments.
Designed as a general-purpose work glove suitable for multipurpose maintenance and repair, equipment operation, and DIY home improvement applications across trade and light-industrial settings.
No installation is required for this product. Inspect gloves before each use for tears, worn seams, or compromised closure hardware. For electrical work, confirm that this glove is not rated for arc-flash or high-voltage protection and use appropriate rated PPE where required by NFPA 70E. Replace gloves when synthetic leather shows significant abrasion or when the wrist closure no longer holds securely.
