The MCR SAFETY UT1955XL is a cut, puncture, and abrasion-resistant work glove engineered for trade professionals who handle sharp materials, sheet metal, glass, or debris in demanding field conditions. The shell is constructed from 13-gauge HyperMax HPPE yarn in a high-visibility lime colorway, providing ANSI/ISEA 105 Cut Level A5 protection. The palm and fingers are coated with sandy foam nitrile for grip on wet or oily surfaces. A thermoplastic rubber (TPR) back panel delivers ANSI 138 Impact Level 1 protection against hand-back impacts. This glove is designed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general industrial trades where hand protection and dexterity must coexist.
The UT1955XL fits X-Large hands and is sold as a pair. Its seamless knit lining and foam nitrile palm coating make it well suited for residential and commercial service work involving ductwork fabrication, pipe handling, conduit bending, or rooftop equipment service. The high-visibility lime and orange color scheme aids worker visibility on job sites. The knit cuff provides a secure fit at the wrist. These gloves are unisex and correspond to a men's X-Large or women's Large sizing reference.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct stocking glove within the MCR SAFETY UT1955 Series, sized for X-Large hands in unisex fit. Compatible with standard PPE programs requiring ANSI Cut Level A5 hand protection.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, coating separation, or degraded TPR panels — damaged gloves should be removed from service immediately. These gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for food handling. Replace gloves when coating wear reduces grip effectiveness or when shell integrity is compromised. Follow your site or employer PPE program for glove selection, inspection intervals, and disposal procedures.
