The MCR Safety UT1955S is a high-visibility, multi-hazard work glove engineered for trade professionals who face simultaneous cut, puncture, and abrasion hazards. Built on a 13-gauge HyperMax seamless liner, it meets ANSI/ISEA 105:2020 Cut Level A5 and ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 Puncture Level 4 and Abrasion Level 4 ratings. The palm and fingers are dipped in sandy foam nitrile for a secure grip on wet, dry, and oily surfaces. A thermoplastic rubber (TPR) back panel adds ANSI 138 Impact Level 1 protection, making this a well-rounded hand protection solution for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical work.
The UT1955S is designed for small hands in trade and industrial applications where cut and puncture risks are elevated. Typical use cases include handling sheet metal, conduit, threaded pipe, and other sharp-edged materials. The hi-vis lime and orange color scheme supports visibility in low-light or high-traffic job sites. The unisex sizing chart lists this as a small for men and an extra-small for women. These gloves are sold as a pair and are intended for single use or limited reuse depending on job conditions.
Part of the MCR Safety UT1955 series. Sized Small per ANSI/ISEA sizing standards. Unisex sizing; equivalent to an extra-small in women sizing. Not FDA approved and does not provide a blood-borne pathogen barrier.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection ratings. Follow site-specific PPE protocols and applicable OSHA hand protection requirements when selecting these gloves for a task. Gloves should be donned before handling sharp-edged materials such as sheet metal, conduit, or threaded fittings. Replace immediately if the liner or coating is compromised.
