The MCR SAFETY UT1953XL is a cut- and puncture-resistant work glove built for trade professionals who need reliable hand protection in demanding environments. The shell is constructed from 13-gauge HyperMax fiber, rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4 and Puncture Level 4, with an ANSI Abrasion Level 4 rating. The palm and fingertips are coated with sandy foam nitrile for a secure grip on wet or dry surfaces. Back-of-hand thermoplastic rubber (TPR) provides ANSI 138 Impact Level 1 protection. The glove features a seamless lining, knit cuff, and an X-Large fit, sized for mens X-Large or womens Large. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and pipefitters handling sheet metal, conduit, glass, or mechanical components are the primary users.
This glove is suited for industrial, construction, and mechanical service work where simultaneous cut, puncture, impact, and abrasion resistance are required. The sandy foam nitrile dipped palm delivers grip in oily or damp conditions common to mechanical rooms, job sites, and utility work. The HyperMax shell and TPR back make it appropriate for sheet metal handling, conduit bending, pipe fitting, and similar operations. The padded palm reduces fatigue during repetitive gripping tasks.
