The MCR Safety PD4900XXXXL is a heavy-duty cut-resistant work glove rated ANSI/ISEA 105:2020 Cut Level A9 and ANSI Puncture Level 5, placing it among the highest-protection categories in the standard. The palm lining is engineered Dupont Kevlar, delivering extreme cut resistance without a sacrificial coating on the palm — the glove is uncoated at the palm surface, preserving tactile feedback. The back features Kevlar and TPR construction with Level 1 impact resistance per ANSI 138, protecting the knuckles and hand dorsal from impact and crush hazards. The adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closure and Spandex-leather cuff combination ensure a secure, fitted wear. This glove is sized 4X-Large and sold as a pair.
This glove is designed for heavy industrial applications where simultaneous cut, puncture, and impact hazards are present. Typical environments include metal fabrication, glass handling, stamping, oil and gas, construction, and automotive assembly. The hi-visibility lime and orange color pattern improves worker visibility on job sites. The MaxGrid pattern palm provides grip in dry conditions. The glove is machine washable and air dry, making it practical for repeated use in multi-shift operations. ANSI Abrasion Level 4 and Contact Heat Level 3 ratings add utility across a range of demanding tasks.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-purchase option for workers requiring ANSI Cut Level A9 hand protection in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments. Part of the MCR Safety PD4900 Series.
This glove is intended for use by industrial workers, trades personnel, and safety managers in environments with identified cut and impact hazards. Inspect the glove before each use for tears, worn palm lining, or damaged TPR panels — do not use a compromised glove. Follow your facility's PPE program and applicable OSHA hand protection requirements when selecting and deploying cut-resistant gloves. Machine wash per care instructions and air dry only; do not machine dry, as heat can degrade Kevlar fiber performance over time.
