The MCR SAFETY PD2911M is a mechanic-style, cut- and puncture-resistant work glove rated ANSI Cut Level A5 and ANSI Puncture Level 5, making it suitable for heavy-duty trade and industrial tasks where hand protection is critical. The palm and fingertips are coated with synthetic leather using a dipped application, providing grip in dry, wet, or oily conditions via a Maxgrid pattern patch. The liner uses HPPE engineered yarn for cut resistance, and the back features thermoplastic rubber (TPR) in a full tire-tread pattern for Level 1 impact protection. High-visibility lime coloring aids worker visibility on the job site. Licensed HVAC, electrical, and mechanical contractors commonly specify this glove for work involving sheet metal, conduit, and sharp fasteners.
The PD2911M is designed for general trade and industrial applications including HVAC installation, electrical rough-in, plumbing, and mechanical assembly where simultaneous cut, puncture, abrasion, and impact hazards are present. The glove ships as a pair in size Medium and is unisex. The hook-and-loop closure with ID panel allows a secure, adjustable fit. The high-visibility lime coloring is appropriate for job sites with visibility requirements. Spandex and neoprene cuff materials provide flexibility and a snug seal at the wrist.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard stocking glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI Cut A5 hand protection in medium sizing. Part of the MCR SAFETY PD2911 series.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection levels. Gloves should be donned before handling sharp materials, sheet metal edges, wire, or fasteners. Replace immediately if the liner or coating is compromised. Follow applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.138 personal protective equipment requirements for hand protection selection on the job site.
