The MCR SAFETY N9696S is an 18-gauge nylon-shell work glove with a polyurethane (PU) coated palm and fingertips, sold as a pair. The shell is constructed from athletic-grade nylon and runs 30% lighter than standard coated gloves, giving the wearer a close, second-skin fit. The PU coating on the palm and fingertips enhances grip and abrasion resistance while preserving tactile sensitivity. The glove is latex free, making it a fit for workplaces with latex sensitivity protocols. A knit wrist cuff keeps the glove seated during task work and limits debris intrusion.
The N9696S is suited to light-duty assembly, parts handling, inspection, and general maintenance tasks where dexterity and touch sensitivity matter as much as basic hand protection. The small sizing is appropriate for workers requiring a trim, low-bulk fit. Trades and industries commonly using this glove include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and light manufacturing environments where a coated-knit glove is the standard PPE choice. The glove is sold in pairs with a minimum quantity of 12 pairs per order, consistent with standard jobsite restocking practice.
Designed as a general-purpose light-duty coated work glove for small-handed users; compatible with standard PPE programs requiring a latex-free, dexterity-focused coated-knit glove. A vending-packaged variant is available under VPN9696.
Inspect gloves prior to each use for coating separation, tears, or thinning at the fingertips, and remove from service if damage is found. These gloves are not rated for cut, chemical, or heat hazards beyond light-duty abrasion resistance; confirm the task hazard assessment before issuing them to workers. Launder or replace per your site PPE maintenance schedule to maintain grip performance.
