The MCR SAFETY N9691L is a cut- and puncture-resistant work glove built for trades that involve sharp materials, cold environments, and extended hand use. The shell is constructed from 15-gauge Hypermax fiber, delivering ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4 protection alongside ANSI Puncture Level 3 and Abrasion Level 3 ratings. The palm and fingertips are coated with textured PVC, improving grip on irregular and wet surfaces. An acrylic terry lining provides insulation against cold while remaining breathable enough to keep hands dry during active work. A seamless knit construction reduces interior pressure points during prolonged wear. This glove is installed by hand and worn by HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general trade workers handling sheet metal, conduit, pipe, or other materials with cut hazards.
The N9691L is sized for a large hand and is unisex. It is well suited for residential and light commercial trade applications where cold-weather hand protection and cut resistance are both required. Typical use cases include handling sheet metal ductwork, cut pipe, insulation materials, and similar sharp or abrasive components. The PVC coating holds flexibility in low-temperature conditions, making this glove practical for outdoor service calls and cold warehouse or mechanical room environments.
Designed as a standard cut-resistant work glove suitable for general trade use where ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4 hand protection is required. Part of the MCR SAFETY N9691 series.
No tools are required to don or remove this glove. Inspect gloves before each use for tears, coating separation, or lining damage that could reduce protection. Follow your facility or jobsite PPE policy regarding glove replacement intervals. Cut-resistant gloves reduce laceration risk but do not eliminate it — always follow safe handling procedures for sharp materials.
