The MCR SAFETY N9690HVXXL is a cold-weather work glove built for trades that demand visibility, grip, and hand protection in low-temperature environments. The shell is constructed from 15-gauge hi-vis lime nylon, paired with a 7-gauge acrylic terry interior liner that provides insulation against cold conditions. The palm and fingertips are coated with HPT, a polymer that repels liquids and maintains grip in both wet and dry conditions. The coating extends over the knuckle for added impact and abrasion resistance. This glove is sized 2X-Large and sold as a pair.
The N9690HVXXL is designed for outdoor and industrial work environments where cold temperatures and high-visibility requirements are both present. Typical applications include construction, utility maintenance, landscaping, and general contracting work performed in cold or wet conditions. The hi-vis lime color supports jobsite visibility compliance in environments governed by ANSI or similar high-visibility standards. The HPT coating remains flexible and soft in temperatures as low as -58 degrees F, making it suitable for sustained cold-weather use.
Designed as a cold-weather hand protection solution for general industrial and construction trades requiring hi-visibility PPE compliance and insulated grip performance.
These gloves are PPE and do not require installation. Inspect gloves before each use for coating damage, tears, or compromised liner integrity. Replace immediately if the coating is cracked, punctured, or the liner is wet and no longer providing thermal protection. Follow your employer or site safety program for PPE inspection and replacement intervals.
