The MCR SAFETY N9690FCOXL is a full-coated, cut- and puncture-resistant work glove designed for trade professionals who work with sharp materials, sheet metal, glass, wire, or abrasive surfaces. The glove is built on a 15-gauge acrylic terry seamless liner that provides insulation and warmth while allowing airflow to keep hands drier during extended wear. The exterior is fully dipped in HPT polyurethane coating, which delivers a 360-degree water-repellent, anti-wet treatment and a rough grip surface for secure handling in wet or dry conditions. Rated ANSI Cut A3, Puncture Level 2, and Abrasion Level 3, this glove meets ANSI 105:2020 and ANSI 105:2016 standards across all three protection categories.
This glove is suited for residential and commercial trade work including HVAC installation, plumbing rough-in, electrical work, and general construction tasks where hand protection from sharp edges, fasteners, and abrasive surfaces is required. The high-visibility orange color and orange knit cuff make the glove easy to locate on a job site. The acrylic terry lining also provides ANSI Contact Heat Level 2 protection, making it appropriate for environments with incidental contact with warm surfaces. Sold as a pair in size XL, it is unisex-rated and also fits a women's large.
Designed as a cut- and puncture-resistant work glove for general trade and industrial hand protection applications requiring ANSI Cut A3 and ANSI Puncture Level 2 performance in size XL.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, coating separation, or compromised areas that would reduce protection. Follow your employer's PPE program and applicable OSHA hand protection requirements when selecting gloves for a specific hazard. Do not use these gloves as a substitute for cut-resistant sleeves or arm protection when full-arm exposure is present. Replace the pair when the coating shows visible wear or cut resistance cannot be confirmed.
